- EMBOSSING GROUP composed of two cylinders:
- – lower, built in thick steel, covered in Neoprene rubber, hardness approx. 65 shore, diameter 350 mm (counterpart cylinder).
- – upper, with an average diameter of 180 mm (depending on the design to be engraved), built entirely in steel and cooled inside, equipped with a rotary joint for water supply and discharge (embossing cylinder).
- Both cylinders rotate on hardened steel bushings.
- The replacement of the embossing cylinder, to change the embossing design, is easy and quick, because it is sufficient to loosen two bolts, lower the cover of the supports and extract the cylinder, with the help of a hoist, a balance wheel and two ropes.
